Diagnosis: Late Preterm, Extreme Low Birth Weight, Respiratory Distress, Early Onset Sepsis, Asymptomatic Polycythemia, Neonatal Jaundice. Twin babies are discharged, and HAC has supported the treatment of Twin 2.
