Arun Kumar is a Board Member of Heal-a-Child
Founder and CEO of Traditions Event Management and Marketing company. He founded Traditions 18 years ago to follow his passion for organizing corporate & social events. Today, Traditions is counted among the top event management companies in southern India. Arun had an opportunity to organize large-scale events for business houses like the Times of India, Optum, Thomas Reuters, Herbalife, and more.
Arun has also taken up leadership roles in the event management industry. He was the Vice President of South of the National Apex Body for Event Industry (EEMA) and the President of the BNI Aces Chapter.
Arun completed his master’s in sales, marketing, and public relations and started his work life with Usha International & Singer India where he got exposure to customer relations and managed many marketing initiatives. He also owned a few Archies Gallery stores. His diverse set of experiences prepared him for his true passion for event management. His professional approach to conceptualizing, planning, and executing flawless events for this
company.
Poonam Ann Varma
Poonam Ann Varma is a Board Member of Heal-a-Child
Proud to be the daughter of an Indian Army officer, Poonam Ann Varma has lived and traveled across India. She completed her education in Hyderabad and has had a diversified career portfolio spanning ~26 years including the hospitality industry, training, operations back office support, last-mile delivery for an e-commerce company, art curation, and most recently with NGOs. She has worked in various capacities as a leader, employee, entrepreneur, project head, managing partner, and branch manager. <br><br>
2022 brought her an opportunity to work with Heal-A-Child where she has now joined hands to do her bit.
Poonam is passionate about her family, her home, her fur babies, and her baking to name a few. She is also a Scuba diver, has tandem skydived, is an avid traveler, & is particularly passionate about animals.
